The key to our ciders is “balance.” We use less back sweetening than mass market ciders. Some have a bit more, some have a bit less, but our guiding principle is that we use just enough sweetening to balance out the acidity and the tannins, to create the most enjoyable beverage possible and allow the flavor of the apples to be the star of the show.

Original Blend
(6.8% ABV) - $10.99 per 4-pack of cans
The classic, and still our best seller! A balanced, semi-dry cider made from a blend of local dessert apples along with traditional English bittersweets. Easy drinking, with good body and a clean finish.

Redfield Rosé
(6.2% ABV) - $12.99 per 4-pack of cans
An off-dry cider made from bittersharp Redfield apples. The Redfield is a naturally red-fleshed apple (that gives this cider its remarkable pink color), and is one of the few apples that makes a well-balanced cider all on its own.

Sweet Mull-et
(6.5% ABV) - $12.99 per 4-pack of cans
A slightly sweeter but still balanced cider with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel and mulling spices. Made with a blend of nearly 20 varietals, most indigenous to Maine. Like drinking a slice of fresh apple pie!

3 O'Clock Twilight
(7.4% ABV)- $12.99 per 4-pack of cans
This mostly dry with a hint of sweetness cider has notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit complement the apples and gives Three O'Clock Twilight a distinctly winterish flavor.

(7.7% ABV) - $18 per 750ml bottle
Our off-dry limited release premium blend, reflecting the best expression of the 2020 harvest. This year’s blend is made from Northern Spy, Golden Russet, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Ashton’s Bitter and Wickson apples.
